upgraded to 8.0.2.FP1 no fix

I upgraded to Server 8.0.2.FP1 and still seeing outbound internet stop processing by router

Router: No messages transferred to ME.COM (host ME.COM) via SMTP: The server is not responding. The server may be down or you may be experiencing network problems. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists.

I stop and start router and mail goes at once
as shown here:

Router: Transferred 1 messages to ME.COM (host smtp-mx006.ME.COM) via SMTP

I can beleave that apples me.com system is down?

it this being lookedat by anyone at IBM?
